Return Process

  Securely pack the device or accessory in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
